For over 25 years, Purila Timber stood as a cornerstone of the Baltic timber industry — producing gluelam wood for industrial use and building a name trusted by B2B partners across Europe. Their products are strong, reliable, and made to last. But behind the scenes, the leadership knew something had to change.


The timber market was shifting. B2B demand was slowing, margins were tightening, and customer expectations were evolving. Staying the course meant stagnation — and in the long run, that’s just as dangerous as failure.


That’s when they made the decision: it was time to go direct. Not just to launch a new product — but to transform how the company speaks, sells, and grows.

A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS


When Purila approached us, they didn’t ask for a rebrand. They asked for a reinvention.


The mission was twofold:

  1. Help them take their first confident steps into the B2C market — starting locally in Estonia.

  2. Build a scalable, future-facing brand ready to expand into the Mediterranean and Arab markets, where high-quality prefab frameworks and outdoor living are in rising demand.


But it wasn’t just about adding a shop section to a website. This was a full transformation, from positioning to pixels.

Strategy & Market Research

We began by helping the Purila team understand who their end consumer really is — not just handyman, but DIY-persons who seek a faster way to bring outdoor spaces to life.


Brand Refresh & Storytelling

We didn’t discard their 25 year legacy — we built on it. The brand evolved to speak not only to industry buyers, but now to homeowners, DIY enthusiasts, and contractors who value durability, design, and ease of build.


Website Creation

A complete digital overhaul, launching a new online presence via Shopify where customers can browse, dream, and order customizable timber frameworks and daybeds and materials.


Content & Campaign

Together, we planned and produced all initial necessary content — from cinematic videos and photo shoots to ad-ready visuals. And we kicked things off with the first wave of digital campaigns tailored to Estonia, followed by the Mediterranean in the future.
